Remarks

1. The accepted proposals or posters should have at least one corresponding registration record.
2. Participants will be able to receive the proceedings of previous congresses in an additional fee of 10 € (before proceeding please call at +30 210 52 94 102 for further information) .
   • Participants or Authors (80 €).
   • Postgraduate students or PhD candidates (without proposal submission) (60 €)
3. Undergraduate students will be able to participate in coffee and lunch breaks, reception, and acquire current and previous congresses proceedings in an additional fee of 20€.
4. Participants can also join in workshops by paying 20 € per workshop. A Congress registration is required for everyone willing to join in a workshop.
5. Registration is mandatory for at least one of the proposal/poster authors in order to be included in congress proceedings.
6. Registration fee will be transferred – using the participant full name – in the National Bank of Greece.

7. Please note that participants can also register on-site during the Congress.
8. Participants will receive certificates of attendance for the Congress, as well as for their workshops.
